Exchange your Wishco

For example, if you have bought a MINI, but found out that a PRO will be more you, then you can of course easily exchange it. You only pay the price difference so you can get a PRO. If it is the other way around, and you have bought a PRO, for example, but would rather have a MINI, you get the difference back. No problem.

Just make sure to return the heater to Wishco in the original, undamaged packaging. At the same time, of course, you may not return your heater if you have already been using it. When you send it to us, you must pay for the shipping yourself, and remember to get a receipt, in case anything goes wrong.

The return must happen within 14 days after you receive your Wishco from us.

Once you have sent your Wishco back to us, you simply order a different model from our webshop. Our system will register that you have returned the first Wishco to us.
