Do you regret your purchase?
That can happen for the best of us, so you need not worry. Here you can read how to proceed if you regret your purchase of a Wishco product.
What to do?
You will always have 14 days with a right of complaint, when shopping via our webshop. The 14 days are counted starting on the day we ship the item from our warehouse.
Send us an e-mail, so that we know that you regret your purchase, and send the item back to us. On how to do that, see the section about "Returns".
Remember to send the item in sound packaging, the item should reach us in the same state as when you received it initially.
If you wish to return an item to Wishco, remember to include a copy of the invoice/receipt, and add your bank account number so that we can reimburse you as soon as possible. When we have received the heating lamp and we have approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within a few days.
We do not provide a right of withdrawal on products that are not a part of the standard assortment, such as heating lamps in special colours.
Please remember, also, that the original packaging can have a special importance to the value of the item. Therefore, always send the original packaging back to us if you want to make sure that the terms of your right of withdrawal are met.
Of course, you can also refuse to accept the parcel and thus state that you regret your purchase if you wish to do so. Then it will be returned to us. It´s as simple as that.
You will always have a right of complaint that applies for 3 years*
When does your right of complaint apply?
The EU sales laws provide you with a right of complaint which lasts for 2 years, if it turns out that there are faults on your Wishco which are related to errors in production or some sort of fault in the materials. We do not think that that is enough. We give you a right of complaint that applies for 3 years on all heating lamps and 2 years for brackets and accessories. That is how it is supposed to be. If you use your Wishco according to the instructions, and it suddenly stops working, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will figure out what the problem is, and if your right of complaint applies.
When does your right of complaint not apply?
If your Wishco does not work, because you have been using it wrongly, because you have damaged it or if you have not carried our proper maintenance, your right of complaint will not apply. Only our technical specialist can determine what the problem is with the heater, and therefore you must in any case contact us via e-mail, so that we might identify the issue.
When you receive your Wishco, you must examine it in order to see if there are any faults or damages. If there is anything wrong, or something missing, send us an e-mail as soon as possible, so that we may be able to assist you.
Where to send your Wishco?
If you have found errors or faults, the first thing you need to do is to write us an e-mail. Next, you should send us your Wishco, in order for us to take a closer look at it. Make sure it is sent in sound packaging and be certain to get a receipt on the shipping.
When you send your Wishco to us, please remember to include a description of the problem, as detailed as possible. Thus, we can hopefully avoid talking past each other.

We do not accept parcels sent using COD (Collect on Delivery).
Once our technicians have examined your Wishco-heater thoroughly, and there is found to be a reason for a complaint, we will, of course, reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, remember to keep track of your receipt.
Will you receive a new Wishco?
We would very much prefer to fix your Wishco-heater, so that we may stick to our beliefs regarding recycling. Therefore, the first step is always to have our service technicians have a closer look at it.
If it turns out that it is impossible to get your Wishco-heater back into tip-top shape, you will, of course, receive a new heater from us.
